SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Honker Royalty.

All Honker Royalty orders are processed and fulfilled through trusted third-party production and shipping partners. Because many of our items are made to order or fulfilled in limited production runs, order timelines differ from mass-retail inventory shipping and require processing prior to dispatch.

By placing an order with Honker Royalty, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping terms outlined below.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Orders typically require 2–7 business days for processing, production, quality review, and packaging before shipment.

During collection launches, promotional periods, holidays, or high-volume order windows, processing times may be extended without notice.

Processing time and shipping time are separate.

Selecting an expedited shipping option at checkout does not reduce production or processing time.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES

After shipment, estimated carrier transit times are as follows:

Canada: 3–10 business days  
United States: 5–12 business days  

These transit windows are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Honker Royalty is not liable for shipping delays caused by carrier disruptions, customs processing, weather events, labor interruptions, seasonal volume, rural route delays, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once an order has shipped, a shipping confirmation and tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow up to 72 hours after shipment confirmation for tracking updates to appear within the carrier’s system.

MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS / SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Orders containing multiple products may ship separately depending on garment type, production facility, stock routing, or fulfillment location.

Customers may receive separate tracking numbers and separate delivery dates for items purchased within the same order.

Separate shipments do not indicate a missing order.

SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring all billing and shipping information entered at checkout is complete and accurate.

Honker Royalty is not responsible for delays, losses, returned shipments, or delivery failures resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses submitted by the customer.

If an order is returned due to address error, the customer may be responsible for any applicable reshipping charges.

LOST, STOLEN, MISDELIVERED, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.

Honker Royalty is not liable for packages marked delivered by the carrier, packages lost in transit, stolen deliveries, misdelivered shipments, or extended carrier delays after carrier acceptance.

Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly first regarding delivery issues using the provided tracking number.

Honker Royalty may assist with carrier claims where reasonably possible but does not guarantee reimbursement, replacement, or carrier acceptance of claims.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT FEES

International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, brokerage fees, import taxes, VAT, or border charges assessed by their country.

Honker Royalty has no control over these charges and they are not included in product or shipping prices unless expressly stated.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Customers must inspect all packages immediately upon delivery.

Any order received damaged, defective, or incorrect must be reported to honkerroyalty@gmail.com within 48 hours of confirmed delivery and must include:

- full name
- order number
- clear photographs of the issue
- description of the issue

Claims submitted outside this reporting window may not be eligible for review.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Because production routing begins quickly after checkout, orders cannot be modified, changed, or cancelled once they have entered processing or fulfillment.

Please review all order details carefully before submitting your purchase.
