Refund policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept return requests on eligible items within 14 days of confirmed delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original condition free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, smoke scent, or damage. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items returned in non-compliant condition will not be accepted.
Honker Royalty offers exchanges or store credit for approved standard returns. Refunds to the original payment method are only issued when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
HOW TO START A RETURN
To start a return, contact us at honkerroyalty@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and include:
- full name
- order number
- item(s) requesting return or exchange
- reason for request
- photos if item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Requests submitted outside the 14-day return window will not be approved.
EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT
Approved standard returns are issued as:
- size exchange (if inventory is available), or
- store credit in the form of a digital gift card
Because many Honker Royalty products are limited release, replacement inventory is not guaranteed.
Store credit does not expire.
REFUNDS
Refunds to the original payment method are only provided if:
- the wrong item was received
- the item arrived damaged
- the item arrived defective
Returns due to sizing, fit, preference, or change of mind are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take additional time for your financial institution to post the refund.
SHIPPING COSTS
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Honker Royalty is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
Any damaged, defective, or incorrect order must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- sale items
- gift cards
- accessories/headwear
- custom or personalized products
- products marked final sale
- products contained in designated final sale collections

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered processing or fulfillment.
Please review your order carefully before checkout.
EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, subject to the item being returned in the same condition that it was received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
